Kevin Sim brings over fifteen years of diverse experience in project management, engineering design and construction delivery. His clients include public and private sector organizations, first nations and aboriginal related groups. As a Principal with Colliers Project Leaders, Kevin is responsible for day-to-day leadership for a project management team delivering various building and infrastructure projects on behalf of clients. Regardless of the scope of work, Kevin works closely with his team and clients to meet their facilities projects needs as the owner’s representative. His record of successfully delivering on a broad range of projects across multiple sectors: commercial office, retail, industrial, education, institutional, recreation, and infrastructure, speaks to his strong abilities as a professional. He has worked under different project delivery methodologies including conventional (design-bid-build) and design-build approaches.
Kevin is a Professional Engineer and problem solver with a strong technical aptitude and high attention to detail and is able to utilize the technical and analytical skills attained from his engineering degree to provide technical and practical technical input to his clients at a high level on construction projects.
Kevin’s project work with numerous national clients has provided him the opportunity to further enhance his strong interpersonal and client relationship skills, as well as overall project planning, and leadership. He has been the single point of contact responsible for the management of all design, construction and contract administration issues, including maintaining communication and coordination of multiple stakeholders located in various regions.
